The irestore.md online store and the iRestore service center are operated by:

2. Scope

These terms govern the distance selling of products (new and refurbished Apple devices and accessories) and repair services through irestore.md, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova, including Law no. 284/2004 on e-commerce and Law no. 105/2003 on consumer protection.

3. Contract formation

1. The presentation of products on the site constitutes a public offer.
2. The order placed by the customer represents acceptance of the offer.
3. The contract is concluded upon telephone confirmation of the order by our operator, when the price, availability, delivery method and cost are confirmed.
4. We keep records of confirmed orders (date, contents, price).

4. Prices and payment

1. All prices are in Moldovan lei (MDL) and include applicable taxes.
2. The final price, including delivery, is communicated before order confirmation.
3. Payment methods: cash on pickup/delivery, card (POS) on pickup/delivery, bank transfer.
4. Installments: available through our partner Starcard, under its conditions.

5. Delivery

6. Right of withdrawal — 14 days

For distance purchases you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving any reason, in accordance with distance contract legislation. The procedure and exceptions are described on the Delivery and returns page.

7. Warranties

1. New products: manufacturer/commercial warranty per the warranty certificate, plus the legal conformity warranty under Law no. 105/2003.
2. Refurbished / pre-owned products: the warranty term is indicated on the product page and the warranty certificate.
3. Repairs: work and parts fitted at the iRestore service carry a 12-month warranty.
4. The warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse, impacts, liquid contact, or unauthorized interventions.

8. Complaints

Complaints may be submitted using the contact details in section 1. We respond within 14 calendar days. If no solution is reached, you may address the State Inspectorate for Non-Food Product Surveillance and Consumer Protection, or the courts.

9. Personal data

Data processing is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes are resolved amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
