Delivery
- How it works: after you place an order, an operator contacts you by phone. Together you agree on how you receive it: pickup from the store (16 Vasile Alecsandri St., Chișinău) or delivery, arranged individually.
- Delivery cost and time are communicated and agreed at order confirmation, BEFORE the order becomes final. No unannounced charges.
- On receipt: you may check the integrity of the package in the courier's presence. If the packaging is damaged, note it with the courier and contact us immediately.
Right of withdrawal — 14 days (distance purchases)
You may return a product bought online within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving a reason.
Conditions:
- The product must be returned complete (box, accessories, documents), without signs of use beyond normal inspection.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless agreed otherwise.
- We refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the returned product, via the same payment method (or another, with your consent).
Exceptions (no change-of-mind returns):
- sealed products that were unsealed and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g. unsealed in-ear headphones);
- personalized or custom-configured products;
- activated digital content / software.

Defective products (warranty)
Separately from the right of withdrawal, products with conformity defects are remedied under warranty: repair, replacement or refund, under Law no. 105/2003 on consumer protection.
- New products: certificate warranty + legal conformity warranty.
- Refurbished/pre-owned: warranty stated at sale.
- Service repairs: 12-month warranty on work and fitted parts.
